Northeast Iowa Antique Show & Flea Market

dates: Saturday & Sunday, September 20 & 21, 2008

Location: Winneshiek County Fairgrounds, Decorah, Iowa

Set Up: Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to
8:00 a.m.
4.
Show hours: Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m.
5.
Take down: Sunday 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
6.
Exhibit space: Indoor 12 x 15 $30; Outdoor 20 x 20 $25.00
7.
Rental fee is due with entry and should be made payable to
"Winneshiek County Fair Board." All entries should be
received no later than September 18, 2008. Exhibit space will be
allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
8.
No exhibits are to be removed before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday without the
permission of the show committee.
9.
The Winneshiek County Fair Board will not be responsible for any loss
or injury to vendors in connection with this event.
10.
If the show is not able to be held for any reason, rents collected
will be refunded to exhibitors.
11.
Our insurance company requires all vendors to provide a
certificate of insurance. NO EXCEPTIONS! Failure to
comply will result in loss of booth rent and you will not be able to
exhibit. Send your proof of insurance together with rental fee.
12.
Vendors will be responsible for their own liability insurance
coverage, tables and other display-related items. Tables may be
rented in advance for $5.00 each.
13.
Food stands will be available on the grounds on Saturday and Sunday.
14.
Camping accommodations will be provided for exhibitors as available
($10 per night).
